Indian State Government uses Polygon to issue verifiable caste certificates
The government of Maharashtra has started to issue caste certificates with the help of Polygon blockchain to the citizens of Gadchiroli district in Etapalli village as part of the Digital India Campaign.
Along with the partnership with LegitDoc, a blockchain-based application, the state government in Maharashtra is in process of rolling out 65000 caste certificates which shall aid the process of delivering government benefits and schemes.
